A EU-funded networkLanguage Learning and Social Media: 6 Key Dialogues is pleased to announced the release of experts video. The series of expert video explores truly interdisciplinary perspectives in the role of social media on the development of language learning and on the empowerment of language learning communities. The interviews were realised in the occasion of the Webinar The EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) of the European Commission has selected the DICA-lab application ”Improving web strategies and maximizing social media presence of LLP projects” / Web2LLP“ for EU co-financing. 71 applications have been submitted to the 2011 Lifelong Learning Call and the success rate was 7%. The entire list of selected projects might be Disseminating knowledge and best practices of the diverse co-operation and partnership solutions between higher education institutions and working life in Finland, Luxembourg, Austria and the United Kingdom Charles Max and Nadja Weber participate in the first workshop of the International Project ”Quicker Steps From Education To Working-Life” at the Laurea Harmony Marchal a soutenu avec succès sa thèse de doctorat “L’acquisition du genre grammatical en français” à l’Université de Grenoble – Laboratoire des sciences de l’éducation, bénéficiant du soutien du FNR Luxembourg; composition du jury: Philippe Dessus (Professeur, directeur, Université de Grenoble),Maryse Bianco (MCF, codirectrice, Université de Grenoble), Benoît Lemaire (MCF, codirecteur, Université de Grenoble), Adrienne Lambo Ouafo, who graduated from the trilingual research MA-programme “Learning and Development in Multilingual and Multicultural Contexts” (2009) will join DICA-lab with her PhD-research, focusing on “Interacting in Luxembourgish as an Additional Language”, funded by the FNR-AFR scheme, starting in September 2010.
