Ronnie is based at University of Buckingham in the UK as Professor of Trans-cultural Management,  and, as co-founder, at Trans4m (Geneva) – A Laboratory for Social and Economic Transformation. Born in Zimbabwe, and educated at the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School, he has devoted his work and life, with others, to releasing the social and economic Genius of particular societies, most especially in Southern and Northern Africa, in the Middle East, in Europe and America. The doctoral and masters programmes in social and economic transformation he runs, in those countries, are aimed at transforming, simultaneously, individuals, organizations and societies, catalysed by Trans4m. Trans4m has been setting up Innovation Centres, with partners in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Egypt, in Jordan, Germany and the US, with a view to co-creating a world at peace without poverty, through worlds in balance. With a view to such he has authored, or co-authored, some 25 books. He is also a series editor, with Gower-Ashgate, on Transformation and Innovation, the first publications coming from Southern Africa (African Economic Humanism – Mfuniselwa Bhengu), the Middle East (Arab Culture and Globalisation – Mohammad Al Zoubi and islamic Management – Maqbouleh Hammoudeh), the Far East (Integral Development : A Japanese Perspective – Kensei Hiwaki and Finance and Society : A Chinese perspective – Junie Tong), the UK (Finance at the Threshold – Christopher Budd), and the US (Spritual Capital – Sam Rima). Ultimately, through Trans4m, we have overturned “Think Glocal Act Local” and replaced it with Local Identity to Global Integrity.
